Ramsha Essa is the founder of Rising Brown Women. She is also an actor, having appeared in short films, and the author of books like Rebel Against the Odds and Heroes Behind the Mask. Additionally, she is the founder of Mestarlet, an entertainment portal and music label.

Ramsha holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and Film and Digital Media and is currently pursuing a master’s in Entrepreneurship. She is also a career coach, helping young professionals explore and grow in their careers.

Despite facing personal and academic challenges, including bullying, harassment, and mental health struggles, Ramsha has remained resilient. She has achieved success in her career and is passionate about giving back, helping others with equal potential reach their dreams.
